A 50/50 Syrah-Grenache blend from Paicines Ranch Vineyard, a leading regenerative farm and CCOF-certified organic vineyard on California’s Central Coast. Foot-tread, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel, this rosé is unfiltered and full of character.
Tastes like: juicy strawberry, raspberry, fresh herbs, and rose petals—with zippy acidity and a clean, mineral finish.
Pairs with: sunshine, grilled veggies, lemony chicken, or herb-forward dishes. -

Medium-bodied from Shake Ridge Ranch and high-acid in the best way, this rosé is zippy, juicy, and full of red-fruited charm. Bursting with Rainier cherry, cranberry, crushed watermelon, and pomegranate, with a whisper of spice and tangy red currant. Hand-harvested, hand-bottled, and hand-labeled—every bottle packed with care (and flavor).

Guardian Vital wines ensure safe, fair, and respectful labor practices from vineyard to bottle.

With 11 days of skin contact, this wine brings lifted aromas of jasmine and chrysanthemum tea, layered with flavors of lychee candy, mandarin peel, white peach, and a whisper of cardamom. Light-bodied with zippy acidity and a subtle, silky grip.

2024 ‘Guardian Vital’ Red Blend

A bold and unconventional blend that’s as thoughtful as it is delicious. Pinot Noir (50%) brings red fruit and silk, while Assyrtiko (50%) adds grip, acid, and electric tension.
Just 20 cases made. Certified organic and crafted without fining, filtration, or additives (save a touch of SO₂).This wine is part of the Guardian Vital Project, an open-source project developed with Líderes Campesinas to highlight vineyard labor protections and demand dignity, safety, and fair pay for the hands that grow the grapes. Permission to use the label requires adherence to organic farming and verified responsible labor practices.
Pairs with: intention, advocacy, and anything from roast chicken to grilled asparagus.

2023 ‘Gold in the Hills’ Sémillon
Sierra Foothills, California

From a quartz-studded valley in Calaveras County, this lean, lifted Semillon is a bright standout. Notes of Meyer lemon, chamomile, and a touch of honey glide over a crisp frame—surprisingly light for having gone through full native malolactic. Just 121 cases made by Emily Fernwood, who runs every part of Osa Major herself, from crush to cork.
Pairs with: grilled trout, herbed couscous, or golden hour hangs.
